  • How can I enable E-card animation and sound?

    The answer depends on Internet Browser you are using. See the following information for Internet Explore , Firefox, Opera

    Internet Explore (version 7):

    To allow animation and sound the following options has to be checked: Internet Explore->Menu->Tools->Internet Options->Advanced tab->Multimedia->Play Animations in WebPages and play sound in WebPages.

    Firefox (version 3):

    To allow animation and sound the following options has to be checked:
    Firefox->Menu->Tools->Options->Content->Load images automatically, Enable JavaScript and Enable Java

    Opera (version 10)

    To allow animation and sound the following options has to be checked: Opera ->Menu->Tools->Preferences->Advanced tab->Content->Enable Animated Images and Enable Sound in WebPages

  • When I clicked on image additional information did not show up. How can I fix it?

    Internet Explore

    To allow pop-ups do the following:
    Internet Explore->Menu->Tools->Internet Options->Privacy tab->Pop-up Blocker->Block pop-ups->unchecked.
    Allow active content, follow the steps below:
    Click the Information Bar.
    Click Allow blocked content.

    Firefox

    To allow pop-ups do the following:
    Firefox->Menu->Tools->Options->Content->Block Popup Windows->unchecked,
    To allow active content, follow the steps below:
    Firefox->Menu->Tools->Options->Content->Enable JavaScript->checked.
    Firefox->Menu->Tools->Options->Content->Enable Java->checked.

    Netscape (version 7.1)

    To allow pop-ups do the following:
    Netscape ->Menu->Edit>Preferences->Privacy&Security->Popup Windows->Block popup windows->unchecked.
    Allow active content, follow the steps below:
    Netscape ->Menu->Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Enable Java->checked,
    Netscape ->Menu->Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Enable native object scripting->checked.

    Opera (version 9)

    To allow pop-ups do the following:
    Opera ->Menu->Tools->Preferences->General->Pop-ups->Open all pop-ups.
    Allow active content, follow the steps below:
    Opera ->Menu->Tools->Preferences->Advanced->Content->Enable JavaScript->checked,
    Opera ->Menu->Tools->Preferences->Advanced->Content->Enable Java->checked.
