Shipping and Warranty


  • We ship art prints to most countries around the world. If you are able to select your country when filling in your address during checking out, then we are able to ship it to your country.
  • We ship original paintings stretched on wooden frame only to USA and Canada!
  • Shipping of art prints and small paintings goes out normally on a fifth business day following the payment. Note, that it could take up to 10 days to prepare large painting shipment, because we have to build a custom wooden crate for it. In case of holiday season, it could take longer.  If you need to ship it faster, then put a note about it during check out process and we will do our best to ship it ASAP.
  • You will receive email with a tracking number immediately after shipping the parcel.
  • Please note that buyers from any countries except Canada are responsible for any duty / customs related fees and they are not included at the purchase price.  
  • Insurance is optional.
  • We ship prints rolled in a box. Print sealed in plastic bag, then wrapped in bubbled plastic for better protection and thermal insulation. 

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

In case of return, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original box and packaging materials, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as you received.

What about duties and taxes?

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance, and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

Why can't you ship to my country?
