Answer a question about your energy during COVID-19 outbreak

Question: Thanks for the wallpaper. That was kind. What I'd really like to see from you is how to protect our energies. Nearly everyone is very tense right now and I can sense it. And it increases my tension.
When I am able to get good sleep and rest, I am usually the person who can lighten up the energy of the room.  Sleep and health is poor right now so I'm not able to do that.
I still have to work and be around people though, so if you could talk about this topic, it would be very helpful.

Answer: I will start with simple steps to protect your energy…


TV and radio bring too much negative information and very negative energy. If you focus on this negative information, you attract it to yourself.

For information I use 3 websites: one for local, one for the whole country, one for the world. I spend around 10 minutes to read information that I’m looking for. That’s it. Never read it in the evening or before sleep. Otherwise it may bring some problems to your sleep. Use a meditation for good effective sleep, which I created for you. Now about how to enhance your energy… Some walk in the forest will bring you a lot of energy.  Ask trees to bring you optimum energy.  Ask about it aloud or whisper. It’s a very powerful method. 

If you could not go to the forest, you could use one of the following methods:

  • Imagine that you are in your favorite forest.  Ask forest to bring you optimum energy.  Ask about it aloud or whisper. Enjoy a moment! Smile!
  • Listen to music that bring positive energy.  My favorite ones are sound of nature, singing birds with music and Mozart. This music relax you and give you positive energy. I tried to listen to classical music from the radio station, but every hour news were full of negative energy. I switched to a radio station with good music but with news in the language that I do not fully understand. The effect is the same, because negative words bring negative energy even you don’t understand them.
